PA Man Steals $40K In Jewelry From Morris County Home: Police A 34-year-old man from Albrightsville, Pa. man was arrested and charged on Thursday, Feb. 15 after he stole $40,000 in jewelry from a house in Morris County, NJ police said. The man, who was not identified by Washington Township police, was arrested after an investigation into the theft from a Long Valley home, officers said. The man was charged with theft in the third degree, police said.

Man Who Rammed Cop Car On Garden State Parkway Sought: Police Newark police are trying to track down a 51-year-old East Orange man wanted for crashing into a police car during a pursuit on the Garden State Parkway after being suspected of breaking into a a vehicle in January, authorities said. On Friday, Jan. 19, at 11:10 a.m., a woman reported her vehicle was broken into while parked at the 200 block of Springfield Ave, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. A ticket sold at Crosstown Liquors matched all five numbers in the Jersey Cash 5 jackpot on Monday, Feb. 19, splitting the $2.4 million jackpot with a lottery player in Burlington County. Bayonne Wrestling Coach Recovering From Kidney Transplant Sees Surge Of Support Jerome Otis-Harris, the wrestling coach at Bayonne High School, is seeing a surge of support after recovering from a kidney transplant last year. A fundraiser has been created to assist Otis-Harris after he received a kidney transplant in November, while he continues to battle focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, a chronic condition that causes scarring in the kidney. Six Injured In Route 80 Three-Car Crash: State Police Six people were injured in a three-car crash on Route 80 over the weekend. At 8:53 p.m., a Toyota, a Dodge and a Chevrolet were traveling westbound on Route 80 in Allamuchy Township when the Toyota lost directional control and struck a guardrail Saturday evening, Feb. 17, Jeffrey Lebron of the New Jersey State Police said. The Dodge attempted to change lanes and avoid the Toyota, but was subsequently struck by the Chevrolet. Warren County Man Assaults Police Officer After Arrest: Springfield Township PD A Warren County man faced multiple charges following a single-car accident on Saturday, Feb. 10, Springfield Township police said. Officers responded to a single-car accident on Wabeno Avenue and arrested a 35-year-old Stewartsville man for driving while intoxicated, following an on-scene investigation, police said on Facebook. While the man, who police did not identify, was in custody, he assaulted an officer and was charged with aggravated assault and obstructing the administration of law, police said.

Chinese Food Delivery Person Robbed: Maplewood PD Maplewood police are looking for a man who robbed a Chinese food delivery person on the evening of Thursday, Feb. 15. At 7:30 p.m., police responded to Indiana Street on a report of a robbery, officers said on Facebook.
