Two Men Arrested For Shooting At Each Other: Bayonne PD Jancarlos Rivera, an 18-year-old Bayonne resident and James Parks, a 22-year-old Bayonne resident were arrested and charged on Tuesday, Oct. 17 after shooting at each other on Monday, Oct. 16, police said. Jersey City Files Federal Suit Against State To Prevent Cops From Using Weed If Mayor Steven Fulop has his way, Jersey City police officers won't be having a festive 4/20. Fulop has filed a suit against the state seeking clarity on a law that bans employees from being fired for using marijuana off the clock, including police officers.
