Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Pikesville HS Students Sickened By Food Laced With Drugs, 1 In Custody: Report A student from Pikesville High School has been arrested after three other students got sick from eating a food laced with an "unconfirmed drug substance," WJZ reports. The students were said to have suffered from "some type of medical issues," sending one to the hospital and releasing the other two to their parents, the outlet reports.  It is unclear what charged the student could face and their name and age were not released.
