Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

The fire occurred shortly before 5 p.m on Tuesday, May 16 on the NJ Turnpike Outer Roadway northbound North of Interchange 8A (Route 32) in South Brunswick, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Teen Who Sexually Abused, Tortured Pet Cat To Death Indicted On Jersey Shore The 18-year-old Asbury Park man accused of sexually abusing and then killing his pet cat has been indicted, authorities said. Bani J. Mezquititla was charged with two counts of animal cruelty accusing him of sexually abusing the cat and in the cat’s death, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said.
