Two Men Charged After Fight Outside Pearl River Bar, Police Say ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Orangetown police were kept busy on Sunday with everything from fights to disorderly conduct and open containers of alcohol, according to Orangetown Police. Two men, from West Haverstraw and Suffern, were charged with disorderly conduct around 8:30 p.m. Sunday after getting into a fight outside of a Pearl River bar at 33 West Central Ave., police said. Haverstraw Teen Steals $750 From Residence, Police Say HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- A Haverstraw teen was charged with stealing $750 and other items on Thursday following an investigation by Stony Point Police of a home burglary, according to Lt. Keith Williams. Jason J. Rodriguez, 18, was charged with burglary and criminal possession of stolen property after detectives recovered the items taken during the burglary that occurred on the same day, including a wallet, $750 in cash and a PS4 gaming system, Williams said. Rodriguez was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on March 21.

Conor Donnelly, an 18-year-old freshman at Binghamton University, was attending a house party hosted by Alpha Sigma Phi at 92 Front St., when he fell around 2 p.m. while attempting to climb to a third-floor balcony from a fourth-floor balcony, said Capt.
