Robert Charles Poccia, 71, Former Mamaroneck Resident MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Robert Charles “Bob” Poccia, of Little River, S.C., formerly of Mamaroneck, died Monday, July 18. He was 71. He was born in Port Chester to Louis and Elizabeth Doria Poccia. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.  Surviving are his children, Robert C. (Janice) Poccia and Laura (Matthew) Gabriele; grandchildren, Joe and Robert; step-grandchildren, Christopher, Lauren and Giovanna; and his companion, Oddveig Fahnestock.  He was predeceased by his wife, his wife, Josephine Marie Poccia; a brother, Louis Poccia; sister, Linda Doern; and a granddaughter, Anna.  Memorial …
