Loaded Handgun Found In Ramapo Traffic Stop ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Ramapo police found a loaded handgun and marijuana during a traffic stop Wednesday in the Hillcrest area of town, police said. Three Spring Valley men were in the vehicle when stopped by the Ramapo officer, who located the handgun and pot, police said.  A 27-year-old Spring Valley man was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
