Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Quick-Moving Storm System Will Bring Wintry Mix, Freezing Rain To Region Get set for another round of wintry weather. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect across the interior portions of the region from 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 27 to 7 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28 for most of the region, and until 10 a.m. Tuesday for northern Connecticut and Massachusetts. Covid-19: Two More Omicron Variant Symptoms Emerge As more becomes known about the highly transmissible COVID-19 Omicron variant from both studies and anecdotal evidence, new symptoms of the strain continue to emerge. Those infected with the strain may experience loss of appetite and brain fog, according to a ZOE study conducted in the United Kingdom. Westchester County Police reported just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 26 that the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway and a portion of the southbound side are closed in Yonkers near McLean Avenue following the crash that killed two people. ID Released For Man Found Shot, Killed At Long Island Home The identity has been released of a man who was found shot dead inside his Long Island home. It happened Christmas morning in Southampton. Southampton Town Police Department officers responded to a call of a burglary on Roses Grove Road at approximately 8:45 a.m.Saturday, Dec. 25.
