Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Woman's Body Found At Demolition Site In Port Jefferson Station Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body found at a demolition site on Long Island. A person found the body of an adult woman in Port Jefferson Station at Lawrence Aviation Industries Incorporated Site, located at on Sheep Pasture Road, at approximately 11:50 a.m. Friday, Dec. 8. 11-Month-Old Killed, Woman Seriously Injured In Overnight Crash On I-91 In CT An infant was killed overnight in a single-vehicle crash on a busy Connecticut roadway. The Hartford County crash happened just before 2 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 10 on southbound I-91 in Enfield. ID Released For Hempstead Man Killed After Being Struck By Car Near Oceanside Intersection The identity has been released of the victim of a fatal overnight crash on Long Island. It happened around 2 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9 in Oceanside. CT Woman Nabbed After Going Wrong Way On I-84, Police Say A local woman is facing a host of charges after police say she drove the wrong way on a stretch of I-84 in Connecticut.
