Man Not Guilty Of Stabbing Mass Mom To Death By Reason Of Insanity: DA A 25-year-old man was found not guilty by reason of insanity on Thursday, Oct. 12, of stabbing his 51-year-old mother to death in their home in 2019, authorities said. Sean Murphy lived with his parents on Landau Street in Plainville in October 2019 when he attacked his mother, Carlyn Murphy stabbing her multiple times, the Norfolk County District Attorney said. Rollaway Risk Prompts Recall Of Over 230K Ford Explorers Ford is recalling 238,000 of one of its best-selling SUVs over concerns that a defect could increase the chance of more crashes, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced. The recall is for 2020-2022 Ford Explorers. A rear axle mounting bolt is at risk of breaking and could cause the driveshaft to disconnect, the NHTSA said. Teen Added To State's Most Wanted List Over Brockton Murder Allegation: Police A 17-year-old boy accused of fatally shooting a man in the head earlier this year has been added to the Massachusetts Most Wanted list. He may still have the gun used in the killing, police said, so he should be considered armed and dangerous. Kahmari T. Man, 49, Hit, Killed While Working On Western Mass Road ID'd By Police A 49-year-old construction worker working on a crew repairing a road in Berkshire County on Thursday morning, Oct. 12, was run over and killed by an 87-year-old driver, authorities said. Man Who Pulled Trigger In Chelsea Killing Caught In South Boston: Police Police in Chelsea say they have arrested a man who killed a 23-year-old on Sunday night, Oct. 8. Edgar Nerys, 28, was captured Wednesday in South Boston, Massachusetts State Police said. He is charged with murder.
