Crash With Critical Injuries Closes Major Hudson Valley Roadway A reported crash with critical injuries has closed a major Hudson Valley roadway in both directions. Route 55 is closed between Hoyt Road and the Connecticut state line, said the New York Department of Transportation. Child Sex Abuse: Hudson Valley Man Nabbed For Assaulting Juvenile, Police Say A 56-year-old Hudson Valley man has been charged with child sex abuse following an investigation. Rockland County resident William Kwiecinski of Stony Point was arrested on Tuesday, June 20 after police were made aware of a complaint from Orange County and the town of Montgomery. According to Stony Point Police Lt. Greg Becker, Kwiecinski had sexual contact with a juvenile in August 2022. He was charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child while in Stony Point, Becker said. Kwiecinski was released on a $10,000 bail and is set to return to court in July.

Person Shot At CT Shopping Center Parking Lot A Connecticut man was found shot in a shopping center parking lot after police received multiple 911 calls. The incident took place in New Haven County around 6:30 p.m., Thursday, June 22 in the parking lot of Rite Aid and Marshalls at 407 Main St., in Ansonia. According to Lt.
