She spent 17 years at Florida Today in Melbourne, Florida as a general assignment reporter, crime reporter, entertainment reporter and restaurant critic. She worked four years at Hometown News as a general assignment reporter, then another two years at Spacecoast Daily in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Police Asking Public For Help In Fairfield County Shooting Incident Police are asking the public for help regarding a shooting incident in which a residence and a vehicle were hit by gunfire in Fairfield County. The shooting took place on Saturday, May 22, on Avo Street in Stratford in the area of High Park. Police have determined that a stolen Honda CRV, was used during the shooting where a group of juveniles were using the park, said Stratford PD Captain Frank Eannotti. Missing New Hampshire Man Could Be In Western Mass, Police Say Police are asking the public for help finding a missing New Hampshire man who may be in Western Massachusetts. According to the Hinsdale Police in New Hampshire, Michael Aldieri, age 43, has been missing since around 2 a.m. Tuesday, July 13. He is described as being about 6-foot-2 and 240 pounds, said Chief Charles Rataj. Teen Killed After Crashing Vehicle Into Guard Rail In Fairfield County, Police Say A 17-year-old has died after crashing his vehicle into a guard rail and then an abutment in Fairfield County. The incident took place around 12:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 14 in Trumbull. Police responded to the crash on Old Town Road after receiving multiple 911 calls, said Trumbull PD Lt. Brian Weir. Man Nabbed For Fairfield County Hit-Run Crash Involving Cyclist, Police Say A Northern Westchester man turned himself in to police on a warrant after he allegedly hit a bicyclist earlier this year in Fairfield County and then fled the scene. Christopher Lynch, age 51, of South Salem, was arrested on Tuesday, July 13, and charged with improper passing and evading responsibility for the crash which took place on Wednesday, April 28 in New Canaan. According to New Canaan Police, Lynch was driving northbound on Smith Ridge Road when he struck the cyclist who was also traveling northbound. Bus Driver Nabbed For DWI While Driving Kids From Long Island Day Camp, Police Say A Long Island camp bus driver was arrested after she allegedly drove while intoxicated with juvenile day campers aboard the bus, and was involved in two crashes. The incident took place around 4:37 p.m., Tuesday, July 13, in Riverhead. CT Man Charged In Murder Of 24-Year-Old Found Shot In Head, Police Say Police have arrested a Connecticut man in connection with the alleged murder of an area man. Waterbury Police arrested New Haven County man Kyshone Jackson, age 45, of Waterbury on Monday, July 12, for the Saturday, July 10 murder of Davante Echols. Police Asking For Help After Woman Found In Fairfield County Driveway With Serious Injuries Police in Fairfield County are asking for help after a woman was found in a driveway suffering from serious injuries. Ridgefield Police investigators said the woman suffered the injuries between 11:50 a.m. and 12:05 p.m. on Monday, July 12 on High Ridge Road between Catoonah Street and Griffth Lane.
