Pedestrian Struck In Bristol Borough Hospitalized, Police Say Police in Bristol Borough responded to the scene of a pedestrian-involved accident early Tuesday morning, March 5, officials say.  It happened near the corner of Green Lane and Hunter Road around 5 a.m., police wrote in a release.  Authorities said the victim, a 41-year-old man, was taken to Lower Bucks Hospital. His condition was not reported.  The driver stayed on scene and is cooperating with investigators, police added.  Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call Sergeant Peter Faight at 215-788-7813 ext. 2429.

Passenger Shot Dead On SEPTA Bus: Authorities One man is dead after gunfire rang out on a SEPTA bus Tuesday evening, March 5, police say.  It happened on a Route 79 bus around 6:30 p.m., according to PPD. The 37-year-old victim was shot once in the chest while the bus was at Snyder Avenue and Broad Street, authorities said.  He was rushed to  Jefferson University Hospital-Center City where he died from his wounds around 7:30 p.m., police said. Police Investigating North Philly Woman's Death Authorities are investigating after a 46-year-old woman died in a North Philadelphia apartment on Tuesday afternoon, March 5.  It happened on the 700 block of West Annsbury Street near Hunting Park, city police said.  The victim's boyfriend found her unresponsive on the floor in a second-story bedroom around 2:10 p.m., according to officials. She was pronounced dead a half hour later, police said.  Her name was not reported by police and authorities said her cause of death is still under review.

Missing Teen Sought In Northeast Philadelphia: Police Authorities in Philadelphia are looking for a 15-year-old boy who hasn't been seen since  Saturday, March 2.  Christopher Hackimer was last spotted around 10:30 a.m. on the 4500 block of McKinley Street in Wissinoming, according to city police. Officials believe he frequents the area near Lehigh Avenue and Kensington Avenue.  He is 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds and was last seen wearing a black and white "Backwoods" hoodie with blue sweatpants, police added.  Anyone with information can call detectives at 215-686-3153.

Arrest Made In Wrightstown Murder Of 72-Year-Old Man: Bucks County DA A suspect is in custody in connection with the 2023 murder of Richard MacFarland, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.  Prosecutors said they will announce more details at a press conference at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 6.  MacFarland, 72, was found dead in his home with "multiple stab and slash wounds" last Oct. 7, the Bucks County Coroner's Office has said.   Newtown Township police are also investigating.
