Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Alert Issued For Hudson Valley Woman Who Went Missing Visiting Daughter A Hudson Valley woman has gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her. New York State Police say detectives have been investigating the disappearance of Orange County resident Jennifer Jones, age 43, from Chester. The investigation began on Wednesday, Aug. 2. The 4-foot-11 Jones, who weighs between 110 and 120 pounds, was last seen in the Chester area on or about Wednesday, July 26. She reportedly was going to see her daughter in North Carolina. Tornado Touched Down In NY During Round Of Severe Storms A tornado touched down in New York State during a round of severe storms this week, the National Weather Service has announced following a survey of the damage. It traveled 11 miles northeasterly in Cortland and Tompkins counties from 5:13 p.m. to 5:36 p.m. Monday, Aug. 7. Its highest wind speed was 90 miles per hour and its maximum width was 200 yards as it moved from the town of Harford in Cortland County to the village of McGraw in Tompkins County.
