Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Police Presence Beefed Up At Hudson Valley School District After Student Threatens Teacher A district in the Hudson Valley has an extra police presence at its schools and other buildings after a student made a threat to a teacher. In Orange County, Warwick Valley Central Schools Superintendent Dr. David Leach said the district was "made aware of a threat allegedly made by a middle school student" on Monday, June 20. Woman Faces Prostitution Charge After Police Go Undercover In Hudson Valley A woman has been charged with prostitution after police completed an undercover operation in the Hudson Valley. On Monday, June 13 in Orange County, the New Windsor Police Department conducted the investigation at the A & A Spa, located on Windsor Highway, after receiving a complaint from a customer that prostitution was occurring inside the business. Woman Killed In Two-Vehicle Hudson Valley Crash Involving Westchester 21-Year-Old A woman was killed and a 21-year-old injured in a two-vehicle crash on a busy Hudson Valley roadway. It happened just before 9:30 a.m. Friday, June 17 in Orange County on Route 17 in the town of Goshen.
