Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Hudson Valley Man Dies After Fleeing Hit-Run Crash, Police Say Police are investigating a hit-and-run incident during which one of the occupants died while fleeing from the scene of a crash on Long Island. It happened around 2:20 p.m. Saturday, Sept.19 in North Babylon, Suffolk County Police said. A 2003 Toyota Camry was involved in a minor crash with a vehicle at the intersection of Woods Road and Erlanger Boulevard, according to police. Covid-19: Three Positive Cases Confirmed At School District In Fairfield County Three positive COVID-19 cases have been confirmed by a school district in Fairfield County. The Norwalk Public School District received notification on Friday, Sept. 18. A fourth person is presumed to be positive, Norwalk Schools Superintendent Dr. Alexandra Estrella said. Investigation Under Way After 10 Guinea Pigs Found Abandoned In Area Authorities are seeking information after 10 abandoned guinea pigs were found in the area.
