Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

ID Released For Teen Killed In Wappinger Rollover Crash A teenager who was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Wappinger on Wednesday night has been identified.Joshua G. Indorf Jr., age 16, of Wappinger, was ejected from a blue 2007 Ford pickup truck in the crash that occurred on Old Hopewell Road, west of Cayuga Drive, in the Town of Wappinger at around 6 p.m., state police said. Indorf was later pronounced deceased at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Three occupants of the vehicle were taken to MidHudson Regional Hospital for medical evaluation. Employee Steals More Than $5K From Northern Westchester Nursery, Police Say A 47-year-old employee of a Northern Westchester nursery is facing a felony charge after state police say he stole more than $5,000.Troopers received a larceny complaint from the employer, Whispering Pine Nursery, which is located near the borders of Somers, Yorktown and Mahopac. Brian C. Reiniger of Garrison is alleged to have stolen nursery stock items and gardening supplies in order to conduct landscaping work at a customer’s residence in Yorktown, which was not approved by his employer, police said. He was charged with grand larceny, and his case is on-going in the Town of Somers Court.
