Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Man Charged With Raping 70-Year-Old Woman In Bedford Hills A 36-year-old Northern Westchester resident has been charged with raping a 70-year-old woman following a weeks-long investigation, Det. Sergeant Vincent Gruppuso of the Bedford Police Department said on Thursday. At approximately 7:05 a.m. Sept. 2, patrols were dispatched to an address on Babbitt Road in Bedford Hills, for a reported sexual assault, and interviewed the woman, Gruppuso said. A commercial burglary that occurred on Tuesday in Dutchess County is under investigation and state police asked for the public's help Thursday in finding the suspects. Human Remains Discovered At Route 44/Route 55 Intersection DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Unidentified human remains were discovered Wednesday morning at the intersection of Route 44 and Route 55, Town of Poughkeepsie Police said.
