Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Subway Shop Armed Robbery: Suspect On Run After Incident In East Meadow A suspect is at large after an armed robbery at a Subway sandwich shop armed robbery on Long Island. Train Derails Near New Canaan Station New Update: Metro-North Service Resumes After Train Derails Near New Canaan Station Metro-North New Canaan branch service is temporarily suspended on Tuesday morning, Feb. 14 because of a non-passenger train derailment near the New Canaan station, according to authorities. "We are attempting to secure buses but until they are on scene, please travel to Stamford for service to Grand Central as well as other destinations," Metro-North said in a statement just before 8:30 a.m. This is a developing story. ID Released For Driver Killed After Cargo Van Crashes Into Tow Truck In Hudson Valley The identity has been released of a man killed in a two-vehicle crash on a stretch of the New York Thruway in the Hudson Valley. 28-Year-Old Accused Of Killing Father In Hudson Valley Hamlet A man was apprehended after killing his father in a Hudson Valley hamlet, according to authorities. Man Nabbed With Weapons In Carry-On Bag At Bradley Airport: Police A man faces charges after weapons were found in his carry-on bag at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, according to authorities.
