Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

2 Women Arrested For Prostitution At Huntington Massage Parlor Two women have been charged with prostitution after an investigation of a Long Island massage parlor. In response to community complaints, Suffolk County Police conducted the operation at the New York Angel Spa in Huntington at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1. Yanping Wang, age 35, of Coram, and Lingxia Qi, age 35, of Flushing, Queens, were both charged with: Unauthorized practice of a profession, a felony, Prostitution, a misdemeanor. 16-Year-Old Boy Dies After Crash At Syosset Intersection A 16-year-old boy has died just over two weeks after suffering severe head trauma in a crash at a Long Island intersection. The crash happened Sunday, Jan. 15 at around 10:45 a.m. in Syosset. The boy was riding his bicycle northbound on South Oyster Bay Road and was struck by a 2017 Nissan operated by a 54-year-old man traveling southbound while turning east onto the Long Island Expressway Service Road, Nassau County Police said. Here's Where To Look: Green Comet Will Appear In Night Sky For First Time In 50,000 Years A rare comet last seen 50,000 years ago during the Stone Age is set to make an appearance and NASA is providing new guidance on where in the night sky you should look -- and when. Recall Issued For Nearly 2.6M Pounds Of Canned Meat, Poultry Products Conagra Brands is recalling nearly 2.6 million pounds of canned meat and poultry that may have been spoiled due to a packaging defect. Suspect From Middle Island Nabbed Minutes After Centereach Bank Robbery A suspect was apprehended minutes after a bank robbery on Long Island. According to Suffolk County Police, Ralph William Dominguez, age 65, entered M&T Bank in Centereach, located at 1919 Middle Country Road, at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, and handed a note demanding cash to a bank teller.
