Fulop has filed a suit against the state seeking clarity on a law that bans employees from being fired for using marijuana off the clock, including police officers. The mayor said this law conflicts with federal law which he said prohibits anyone who uses cannabis from being able to use a firearm.  Fulop recently terminated five police officers who tested positive for marijuana after being warned to stop smoking. 15-Year-Old Boy Missing For Two Months: Linden PD (Photos) Witerson Vil, a 15-year-old teenage boy, has not been seen since he left his Linden home on Thursday, Aug. 10, following an argument with his family, police said. Vil was last seen wearing  a plain gray t-shirt, black Nike shorts, and dark blue Crocs, police said. He has a noticeable scar on his forehead and has been seen in Harlem and Queens, police said. Dogs Bitten By Coyote, Fox: Summit PD (Updated) Summit Police are asking dog owners to be on high alert after a dog was bitten by a coyote and another dog was bitten by a likely rabid fox. A dog was bitten by a coyote near Dale Drive on Sunday, Oct. 15, police said. Following the attack, the coyote ran away into a wooded area. Animal control has been notified. Dogs were also bitten by a fox near Mountain Avenue and Larned Road on Monday, Oct. 16. Neither dog was injured and the fox is likely to be rabid, police said.
