Schuylkill County Man, 33, Dies Under Bridge In Harrisburg: Officials A 33-year-old man who was a beloved big brother was found dead under a bridge in Harrisburg, county officials announced on Friday, March 1. Collin Weller was an Orwigsburg native who previously lived in Kutztown and Pottsville, according to his social media. He had been experiencing homelessness and ended up in Harrisburg at some point over the last five years. DUI Possibly Causes Serious Head-On Crash In York County, Police Say A "serious" crash had police asking the public to avoid part of York Township as they launched an investigation on Thursday evening.
