Armed AC Man Selling Crack Cocaine With Teen Found Guilty: Prosecutor A 20-year-old Atlantic City man was convicted of numerous charges on Monday, April 21, after he was busted selling crack cocaine with a 15-year-old while armed with a handgun, authorities said. At 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, an officer entered a convenience store on the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue and saw Quadri Cooper and a 15-year-old selling crack cocaine together, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said. Victim ID'd In Fatal Trenton Double Shooting: Prosecutor A 38-year-old Trenton resident has been identified as the man killed in a fatal double shooting on Saturday, April 19, authorities said. At 4:14 a.m., officers were in the area of East State Street and heard multiple gunshots, Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta Marbrey said. Officers rushed to the 200 block of East State Street and discovered Marquis Skillman, 38, and a woman, 39, with gunshot wounds, Marbrey said. Jersey City Man With Gun Intentionally Hit Victim With Car: Hudson County Prosecutor A 30-year-old Jersey City man was arrested and charged with intentionally striking a pedestrian on Monday, April 7 and then fleeing the scene, authorities said. ICE Nabs Man Convicted Of Sex Crimes In Jackson: Authorities A Mexican man previously convicted of a sexual offense was arrested by immigration enforcement earlier this month in Jackson, officials announced on Thursday, April 17. Ramon Cruz, who was living in the United States illegally, was apprehended on Tuesday, April 8 by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officers and FBI Newark, federal authorities said. Cruz was found guilty last May of criminal sexual conduct in Ocean County Superior Court, ICE officials said. He remains in ICE custody, officials said.
