Crystal Williams, 42 and Damien Hall, 37, from Elizabeth and Newark, face a 30-count indictment including theft, conspiracy to commit theft, criminal impersonation and forgery, Union County Prosecutor William Daniel said. Between 2022 and 2024, Williams and Hall engaged in a series of deceptive practices against an acquaintance to obtain over $250,000, Daniel said.
