Maryland Man Arrested For Recording In Chester County Court, Police Say A Maryland man was arrested for recording inside of a Chester County court, authorities announced. Police were able to view the footage after making contact with a caller following the incident on Sept. 17 just before 1 p.m., the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department said. It was not clear what or how Michael C. Semich, 29, was recording in court on the 900 block of West Cypress Street in New Garden Township. Harrisburg police were called to 2nd and Market streets around 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 23, on reports of an unresponsive baby, Harrisburg police said. NJ Violin Teacher Sexually Assaults 12-Year-Old Student, Authorities Say An accomplished violinist and music teacher sexually assaulted a 12-year-old student of his in 2016, authorities announced. Dezheng Ping, 57, of Lawrence, was arrested and charged on Sept. 23 in Middlesex County, Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. An extensive investigation found that Ping sexually assaulted the child during violin lessons held at Ping's then-Plainsboro home, Ciccone said alongside Plainsboro Police Chief Fred Tavener.
