Police ID Remains Found In Spotsylvania Woods Authorities have identified the remains found in a wooded area of Spotsylvania County earlier this month as those of a 67-year-old man. Charles Limbrick's body was found in the woods at 10600 Spotsylvania Avenue around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, Spotsylvania County Sheriff Roger Harris said. That particular area of the woods is known to be frequented by the homeless, the sheriff said. The discovery was made by a citizen collecting cans for recycling, Harris said. Air Quality Index Reaches Unhealthy Levels As Wildfire Smoke Descends On NJ Skies are looking hazier than usual this week in New Jersey, where Canadian wildfire smoke has yet again drifted into the area. While it's nothing like it was in early June, the smoke on Thursday, June 29 was enough to prompt a "code orange" in most of the state. In other words, unhealthy air quality out there. According to maps from AirNow.Gov, the majority of New Jersey had an air quality index (AQI) of about 100. Western areas closer to Philadelphia were under "code red" with an AQI around 155. Creep Secretly Filmed Adults, Teen On Phone Hidden In NJ Family's Bathroom: Prosecutor A 32-year-old New Jersey man has been arrested on accusations he hid a cell phone to record people using a bathroom in a family home. Macarius Salib, of Marlboro, hid the phone in a laundry basket in the bathroom of a Pohatcong last March, to capture two adults and a 16-year-old, according to a release from the Warren County Prosecutor's Office. Salib, a family friend, accessed the videos using a second cell phone, the prosecutor's office said. Code Purple: Air Quality Extremely Unhealthy In Pittsburgh Area Air quality levels were continuing to worsen across Pennsylvania Thursday, June 29, due to the Canadian wildfire smoke. Boy, 3, Dies In Fall From Alexandria High-Rise (Developing) A toddler fell to his death Wednesday afternoon, June 28 from an Alexandria apartment building, police said.
