Search Under Way For Missing Man In Prince George's
UPDATE: Gregory Cook has been located unharmed. ORIGINAL STORY: Police in Prince George’s County are seeking the public’s help in finding a missing man. Gregory Cook, 59, was last seen on the 6000 block of Parkland Court in District Heights at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Feb. 2. Cook is a black male, 5’6” tall and 192 pounds. He was last seen wearing a navy Columbia jacket, white/gray t-shirt, gray sweatpants, and white/gray Under Armor shoes. Driver, 30, Dies In Route 24 Crash
A 30-year-old man died in a crash on Route 24 early Friday, Feb. 4 in Union County, authorities said. Alexander Marrero's vehicle was heading eastbound onto the I-78 ramp when his Mazda 3 veered off the left side of the road around 1:15 a.m. in Springfield, New Jersey State Police Trooper Brandi Slota said. The car struck the end of a guard rail on the eastbound ramp and Marrero, of Bloomfield, was pronounced dead at the scene. Initial and unconfirmed reports say the driver suffered a severely severed leg.

Maryland Powerball Player Missed $632.6M Jackpot By One Number — But Still Won $50K
A Maryland Powerball player missed winning the $632.6 million jackpot from the Jan. 5 drawing night by one number. But don't feel too bad for him, he still won the third-tier prize of $50,000. Tickets sold in Wisconsin and California shared the jackpot prize. The 78-year-old winner bought his lucky $10 quick-pick ticket from Westlake Wine & Beer in Bethesda, on Autopark Avenue in Bethesda. He was was one of 90 players around the country and one of two in Maryland to win a $50,000 third-tier prize.

Police ID Driver Shot In I-95 Shooting
Maryland State Police have identified the driver killed in an Interstate 95 shooting last month. Charles Harrison Marks, IV, 42, of Pasadena, was heading north near Route 100 in Elkridge when he was struck by gunfire through the driver's side window around 3:40 p.m. Jan. 30, police said. Arrest Made In Killing Of Baltimore Lieutenant's Husband
An 18-year-old Baltimore City schools student has been arrested in connection with the killing of a city police lieutenant, authorities said. Sahiou Kargbo shot and killed James Blue III on the 1400 block of Walker Avenue on Jan. 25, Baltimore police said. Kargbo was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st-degree murder.
