A film columnist for WAG Magazine, Sam's moviegoing expertise has been profiled in the New York Times and he was a featured guest on VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live.

Ossining Voters Approve School Budget OSSINING, N.Y. -- Voters in the Ossining School District approved the 2016-2017 budget on Tuesday. The $125.2 million budget was approved 1,150 to 497. It increases spending 6.84 percent and increases the tax levy by 1.81 percent.

The budget decreases spending by .37 percent and increases taxes by .2 percent. Iris Cross-Bugliosi and Joshua Diamond ran unopposed for the school board.

After the bear was spotted near the Charles Point Marina at about 8 p.m., police cleared the scene about an hour later when the bear swam back across the river toward, appropriately enough, Bear Mountain State Park, according to multiple reports. Dutchess County Voters Head To Polls For School Elections DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- School budgets and board of education seats are on the ballot Tuesday in Dutchess. Residents will be voting on public school budgets for the 2016-2017 school year, along with open seats on school boards.
