Missing Teen: Western Mass Police Searching For 16-Year-Old Who Left Weeks Ago Springfield police are asking for the public's help to find a 16-year-old girl who ran away from home last month and hasn't been seen since. Anabella Lopez's family hasn't seen her since March 30. They believe she could be in the Bronx, New York, but officers are seeking tips on her whereabouts or any potential sightings. Shooting: Central Mass Police Investigating Early Morning Attack Worcester police are investigating an early morning shooting that sent a man to the hospital with serious injuries. Police responded to Shotspotter activation in the Southbridge Street area just after 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13. Officers found the 36-year-old man bleeding from a bullet wound in a parking lot at the intersection of Southbridge Street and Lafayette Street, Worcester police said. 'She Spread Love Everywhere She Went': Lawrence Crash Victim Remembered As Devoted, Caring Family and friends of the 64-year-old Methuen woman killed after a van struck her at an intersection in Lawrence earlier this month said she was a "beautiful soul." Man Guilty In 2020 Haverhill Stabbing Murder; Faces Life In Prison: DA A Merriman man was convicted on Thursday, April 13, of stabbing a man to death during an armed robbery gone wrong, authorities said. Community Rallies To Help People Who Lost Cars In Springfield Fire Springfield firefighters were able to beat back a brush fire on Wednesday, April 12, before anyone was hurt, but two cars weren't so lucky. Police Searching For Wanted Sex Offender In Western Mass A sex offender convicted of child rape is missing, and police in Western Springfield are asking the public for tips on his whereabouts. Antonio Candello, a level 2 sex offender, lied about his living address in West Springfield, police said in a wanted poster.
