Man Charged With Unprovoked Attack On Woman In Boston Allowed Back On Street Before Trial: DA Police arrested a 61-year-old Boston man with a long criminal history after they said he attacked a woman on the street without provocation and broke her phone. Albert Williams is charged with unarmed robbery, assault and battery, and vandalizing property from the alleged Oct. 15 attack on Boylston Street, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said.
