(Updated) Agents Arrest 2 After Raiding Woburn Restaurants In Human Trafficking Probe: Feds Homeland Security investigators arrested a father and son and charged them with running a human trafficking ring at two downtown Woburn restaurants. Jesse Moraes, 64, and Hugo Moraes, 42, who ran the Dog House Bar and Grill and Tudo Na Brazil on Main Street, are accused of bringing people into the country and forcing them to work at their restaurants, the US Attorney General for Massachusetts said. Wayland Officer Fatally Shoots Dog That Attacked Him On 911 Call: Police A Wayland police officer shot and killed a dog that attacked him while he was at a house for a 911 call on Monday, Oct. 3. Dispatchers fielded a hang-up call around 11 a.m. and traced it to a home on Concord Road, the Wayland Police Department said in a release. Lynn Man Told Woman To 'Repent' Before Sexually Assaulting Her In Boston: DA A 36-year-old Lynn man who police arrested last week was in court on Monday, Oct. 3, for his first hearing, and prosecutors gave new details on the alleged attack. Felix Palmer faces rape, indecent assault, and assault and battery charges from the reported Sept. 23 attack at D and West Third streets in South Boston, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said. Boston Police ID 26-Year-old Killed In Roxbury Shooting Police have identified the 26-year-old man shot and killed last week in a Boston shooting just behind Jim Rice Field at Ramsay Park. Hanser Abraham Moreta-Gonzalez was shot on Thursday, Sept. 29, at 625 Shawmut Avenue in Roxbury just after 6 p.m., Boston police said. Somerville Man, 23, Dies From Wounds In Car Crash That Seriously Injured 5 Others: Police A 23-year-old Somerville man died from his injuries after the car he was riding in crashed over the weekend and seriously injured several of his friends, authorities said. Bear Shot, Killed In Middleton After Killing Goats, Chickens: Police A homeowner in Middleton shot and killed a black bear that ate several of their livestock Friday morning, Sept. 30, state wildlife authorities said. The shooting happened around 8:30 a.m. when the homeowner saw the 80-pound bear tearing its way through their chicken pen, the Massachusetts Environmental Police said.
