Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Suspect Nabbed After Fatal Stabbing Of Suffolk County Woman A suspect is in custody after the fatal New Year's Day stabbing of a Long Island woman. The incident happened in the early afternoon on Saturday, Jan. 1 after Suffolk County Police say Kisjonne Campbell-Anderson, age 24, went to the West Babylon home of an acquaintance, Michaelle Jaccis, age 21, at  275 Chelsea Ave. Campbell-Anderson and Jaccis began arguing outside when the dispute turned physical and Campbell-Anderson stabbed Jaccis at around 1:40 p.m., according to police.  Jaccis was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. 51-Year-Old Critically Injured In Overnight Nassau County Crash A man was critically injured in an overnight New Year's Eve Long Island crash. It happened around 9:35 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31 in Franklin Square. A 64-year-old man was driving a silver Honda eastbound on Hempstead Turnpike in the vicinity of William Avenue when the collision occurred with a 51-year-old on a bicycle, Nassau County Police said.
