Scarsdale Artist Celebrates Motherhood With 'Marathon' Series In Harrison SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Alla Annopolsky, a painter based in Scarsdale, started her "Art Marathon" series in 2002 after her son was born. Now that he's 15, she suddenly recalled the 182 paintings she had done long ago.
