So says Owner Jenny Tell who owns the store along with her mom and stepdad, Janice and John Bocchino. Mount Kisco Bagel Wins DVlicious 'Best Bagel In Westchester County' Contest MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Bagel aficionados have spoken: Mount Kisco Bagel in Mount Kisco is the winner of the DVlicious "Best Bagel in Westchester County."  More than 17,000 votes were cast in the contest, which drew many passionate readers (and eaters).
