Putnam Clarinetist Reunites With Former Bandmate For Brooklyn Performance PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. -- Composer and clarinetist Andy Biskin, a Three Arrows Cooperative resident who also has a home in New York City, will be reunited with an old bandmate when he plays with his group 16 Tons at Barbes in Brooklyn on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
