Englewood Cliffs Resident Prepares To Lead Female Delegation To India ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. -- For the tenth year in a row Englewood Cliffs resident Daryl Harrison Rand is leading a group of area women to India as part of a week-long mission to build linkages and establish relationships.
