Yonkers Is Locale For HBO Series, 'Show Me A Hero' YONKERS, N.Y. - The official trailer is out fo HBO's new miniseries, "Show Me a Hero." And if the scenes look familiar to Westchesterites and those that live in Yonkers in particular, that's because they are. The show, which debuts Sunday at 8 p.m., was shot at several Yonkers locations including City Hall, 87 Nepperhan Aveue, Schlobohm Housing, Helena Avenue Will library, and Oakland Cemetery, to name a few.
