Eversource To Plug Air Leaks In Brookfield Homes BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- The heat wave is underway and so is a campaign to protect the environment and energy costs of Brookfield homeowners. Local contractors have been approved by utility company Eversource to identify air leaks that allow cool air to escape into the atmosphere and drive up energy costs for homeowners. Greenwich Driver Nearly Hits Police Car, Charged With DUI GREENWICH, Conn. — A Greenwich driver was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident Sunday night in which he reportedly almost hit a police car and truck, according to the Greenwich Time. Rockland Man Found With 38 Packages Of Suboxone In Traffic Stop CHESTNUT RIDGE, N.Y. -- A man from Chestnut Ridge was charged with drug possession Tuesday following a traffic stop, according to Stony Point Police.Angelo Savage, 35, was was reportedly found in possession of 38 packages of suboxone, police said.
