Transformer, Live Wires Fall On Vehicle Sparking Blaze In Bergenfield
Firefighters in Bergenfield worked to put out a fire caused by high tension wires and transformers from a utility pole that had fallen on a vehicle Wednesday evening, Aug. 14. It happened on North Washington Avenue and West Church Street, where PSE&G was called to the scene to turn off the power. At the scene. Bergenfield Fire Department The occupants of the vehicle were able to escape before flames consumed the car. Firefighters knocked down the blaze, with help from a Teaneck ladder and engine company from Dumont.

A 52-year-old New Jersey man was arrested for masturbating in front of and exposing himself to multiple people, including two teenage girls at their lemonade stand, authorities said. Brian J. 19-Year-Old Shot Dead On Sidewalk In Paterson, Prosecutor Says
A 19-year-old man was killed in a Paterson shooting overnight, police said. Police officers were called to Market Street and Rosa Parks Boulevard around 2 a.m. where they found the victim lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
