Allentown Motorcyclist, 22, Killed In Philadelphia Ice Cream Truck Crash: Police A 22-year-old motorcyclist from Allentown was killed in a crash with an ice cream truck on Saturday, Aug. 10 in Philadelphia, police said. Ramon Santiago was heading east on E. Hunting Park Avenue when he struck a 1995 Chevrolet G30 ice cream truck, operated by a 17-year-old boy, around 9:55 p.m. at the H Street intersection, Philadelphia police said. The impact caused Santiago to be thrown from the motorcycle. He was rushed to Temple Hospital and pronounced dead at 11:47 p.m., police said. McNeal has been charged with four counts of cruelty to animals, failure to provide care to animals, two counts theft of services, and witness tampering. The unidentified man was heading north on Washington Boulevard on a Suzuki GSX-S750 when it struck a truck turning left near Lynn Buff Court around 4:10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, Howard County police said.
