Crash Closes I-95 Detour Roads In Philadelphia A car crash closed Philadelphia roads being used to reroute traffic due to the Interstate 95 collapse Friday morning, June 16 in Philadelphia. The roadway had reopened at State Road and Princeton Avenue as of 10:30 a.m., officials said. Rapist Dragged Woman To Wooded Area, Stood Over Her As She Called For Help In VA: Police Authorities in Fairfax County have released the composite sketch of a rape suspect who they say dragged a woman to a wooded area to sexually assault her last weekend.
