Guns, Stacks Of Cash, Heroin: Police Bust Suspected Trafficker Following Western Mass Raid Police and federal agents raided a home in Holyoke earlier this week to bust a man suspected of trafficking heroin and found a stockpile of drugs, cash, and an unlicensed gun, authorities said. Kids Run After Sparking Fire Playing With Fireworks In Central Mass: Police Police in Sturbridge are asking for the public's help to find a trio of kids who sparked a fire while playing with fireworks this week and then ran away. Multiple people called 911 on Thursday, Dec. 16, when they saw the three kids — all seemed to be 12 or 13 years old — playing with fireworks along New Boston Road. Chicopee Pedestrian Killed Crossing Street: Police A man was killed Thursday, Feb. 16, while crossing the road in Chicopee, authorities said. Fentanyl Pill Mill: Lawrence Man Gets 8 Years In Prison, Feds Say A 32-year-old who was accused of using multiple pill presses to crank out fentanyl pills that looked like legitimate prescription painkillers will spend the next eight years behind bars, authorities said.
