Northampton Physical Therapist Gets Probation In Indecent Assault Case: DA A Northampton physical therapist who was convicted of inappropriately touching a patient won't serve jail time if he can behave for two years, authorities said. Edward Kostek, 42, of South Hadley was convicted on Thursday, Sept. 22, of indecent assault for touching a female patient multiple times during separate sessions, the Northampton District Attorney's Office said. Feds Fine Construction Company $1.2M In Death Of Worker Killed At Boston Demolition Site Federal regulators blamed a Brockton construction company for the death of a 51-year-old man who died when the Boston Government Center garage collapsed during a demolition project earlier this year. It was his first day on the job. The Department of Labor announced on Tuesday, Sept. 27, that it had fined JDC Demolition Co. $1.2 million for not properly training its employees and ignoring safety concerns during the project. Mass AG Files Brief In Texas Suit To Let Women Leave State For Abortion Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey joined other Democrat state attorneys generals to file an amicus brief in a class action lawsuit that seeks to nullify portions of Texas' new abortion law. Westborough Elementary School Custodian Busted With Child Porn: Police Police arrested an elementary school custodian from Westborough this week after they say they found child pornography at his home. Andrew Size, age 52, was arrested on Monday, Sept. 26, after Massachusetts State Police received a tip about the alleged material, Westborough police said. Taunton Registered Sex Offender Cops To Child Porn Charges: Feds A 60-year-old Taunton registered sex offender admitted in court last week to having hundreds of images of child porn at his home, federal authorities said. Rudy Frabizio faces 20 years in prison after pleading guilty on Friday, Sept. 23, to having the images and videos, the US Attorney's Office for Massachusetts said.
