About 700 Fentanyl Pills Found In Possession Of Central Mass Man: Police Narcotics officers made a massive bust of the synthetic opioid fentanyl recently at homes in Worcester.  Ramon Mateo, 36, was arrested on Tuesday after detectives searched three homes and a car following a lengthy investigation, Worcester police said. Inside, officers found 1300 grams of fentanyl and 700 pills believed to be fentanyl, police said.  Officials charged Mateo with trafficking more than 200 grams of fentanyl, police said.
