School Bus Struck By Car With Teen Shot Dead Inside, Philly Police Say A teenage shooting victim was found dead in the passenger seat of a car that collided with a school bus in West Philadelphia on Monday, city police told Daily Voice.  The crash happened around 8 p.m. on Aug. 14, the department said. The unnamed 19-year-old was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and pronounced dead at the scene, according to investigators.  Although a gun was found nearby, no arrests had been reported as of Tuesday, Aug. 15.  The school bus was unoccupied at the time of the incident.
