Four Killed In Single Night In Philadelphia: Police Four people are dead in three separate incidents that unfolded Thursday, Aug. 3 in Philadelphia, city police told Daily Voice. It started in Olney around 7:30 p.m., the department said. A 32-year-old man was found with multiple gunshot wounds "throughout the body" in a home on the 5900 block of North 3rd Street, according to authorities. Authorities say Julian Felix-Lebron was 16 years old when he suddenly ran from an idling car near Exit 340A around 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2021.
