Reading Driver Shot Dead In Car, Suspect On The Run: Police Authorities in the city of Reading are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a man in his car in broad daylight on Friday, July 21.  Ellis Garman Sr., 44, was found in his car on South 6th Street with a gunshot wound around 2:30 p.m., police said in a release. He was taken to Reading Hospital where he succumbed to his wounds, they added.  Now, authorities have named the suspect as 32-year-old Vincent Sanchez. 27-Year-Old Killed By Allentown Police Identified The man shot and killed by police in Allentown early on Monday, July 24 has been identified as 27-year-old Dominick Hogans.  Hogans was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest around 4:30 a.m., said Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A.
