Arsonist Set Fire To Philadelphia Home, Police Say A Philadelphia man is wanted for arson, city police say. Mark Perkins, 65, is accused of causing a house fire on West Cliveden Street on March 1, the department said in a release. Schuylkill County Driver, 83, Dies Months After Accident A Schuylkill County man has died from injuries sustained in a crash that happened over three months ago, authorities say. Leroy K. Smith, 83, was the driver of a car that veered off the road and hit several parked vehicles in Hegins Township on March 6, the Lehigh County Coroner's Office said in a release. Smith, of Barry Township, died from multiple traumatic injuries on Tuesday, June 27, the coroner said. The manner of death was ruled accidental.
