Three Arrested For Robbing Boy In South Jersey: Police
A man and two boys were accused of robbing another boy late at night, authorities said. Little Egg Harbor police said officers responded to the robbery report at around 10:26 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24. It happened near the 7-Eleven on Radio Road. When police arrived, they found out that 21-year-old Christian Heri of Brick Township and two boys stole several items from the victim. The suspects left the scene in a black minivan. An Ocean County man was killed in a snowmobiling accident near a popular Vermont ski area, according to his obituary. Matthew Morris of Point Pleasant Beach died from his injuries on Tuesday, Feb. 20 while snowmobiling near Stratton Mountain Resort, his obituary said. He was 31 years old. An Ocean County man was accused of uploading child pornography online, authorities said. Ricardo Espinoza Gonzalez, 23, of Jackson Township, was charged with possession of child pornography, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced in a news release on Thursday, Feb. 29. A man's body was found inside the trunk of a vehicle in Ocean County, authorities said. Lakewood police received a report at around 12:13 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28 of an unconscious man inside a vehicle's trunk near Fairway Court. When officers arrived, they found the man was dead. A former emergency management official in an Atlantic County city admitted to having child pornography, authorities said. Roger Tees, 74, of Somers Point, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, Feb. 28 to endangering the welfare of children (distribution of child sexual abuse material), the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. Marine biologists are using a special buoy to study and protect whales off the coast of New Jersey.
