Missing Mom Found Murdered In York, BF Charged, Affidavit (Update) Details have been released about how a mom who was reported missing around 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 15 was found murdered approximately 36 hours later, according to a release by York City police.  Amaris Morales-Berrios, 42 of York City, was found dead in the 1100 block of Priority Road around 5 a.m. on Jan. 17, city police explained. Jose Luis Rodriguez Ramos has been arrested on charges in connection with her death, the police said and court records confirmed.  MEPA UPDATE: Morales-Berrios has been located. Lebanon Mom Finds Video Of Her 7-Year-Old Girl Being Raped, DA Says A mom found a video of her 7-year-old daughter being sexually assaulted over the weekend, the Lebanon County District Attorney explained in a release on Tuesday.  Edward Lee Williams, 55 of Manheim, was seen in the video "molesting" the children from Jan. 14 into the early morning hours of Jan. 15, as explained in the DA's office's release.  The mom met with the police after discovering the video and the police immediately launched an investigation. 43K Pounds Of Alcohol Spills Onto I-81 Near Mechanicsburg: PennDOT An overturned tractor-trailer led to approximately 43,000 pounds of alcohol being spilled and traffic being diverted along Interstate 81, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice on Tuesday.  The tractor-trailer overturned — spilling "43,00 pounds of various kinds of alcohol" — on I-81 south just before Exit 52: Middlesex, according to Schreffler.  The crash happened around 3:15 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2024, she explained.  No injuries were reported. Traffic Crawling On I-81 After Tractor-Trailer Crash: PennDOT A tractor-trailer crash during Tuesday's winter storm has slowed traffic to a crawl along Interstate 81 in Dauphin County, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  I-81 South closed one mile north of Exit 70: Interstate 83 South/Route 322 East- Harrisburg, according to PennDOT. Speed Reductions Lifted On Highways: PennDOT Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has lifted its speed reductions on South Central Pennsylvania highways following Monday's storm.  "Due to current weather conditions, PennDOT is temporarily reducing the speed limit on major highways," PennDOT officials originally announced late on Monday.
